Carolyn Vos has more than 20 years of legal experience in International Corporate Law and Procedure. Ms. Vos currently serves as the Permanent Representative of the African Agency for Integrated Development at the United Nations in New York. She has served as legal consultant for the Central Bank and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Suriname, South America and served on the Executive Board of the N.V. Hakrinbank, Suriname. 

Ms. Vos holds a Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University, College of Law and a Master of Laws degree in International Business Transactions and Comparative Law from the University of Miami. She also has a law degree from the Vrije Universiteit of Amsterdam, The Netherlands, and is a member of the Florida Bar, the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association. She speaks English, Dutch, Spanish, and French.

As the founder of Everard Findlay, LLC, Findlay has collaborated with heads of state, Ivy League institutions, artists, and foundations to align public, private, and NGO sectors, creating deep ecosystems and transformative opportunities for sustainable growth and innovation.

Findlay currently serves as a Board Member of the UNESCO Global Education Monitoring (GEM) Report where he functions as an Interdisciplinary Strategist and Development Expert. He is also an Advisory Board Member for the Department of Astrophysical Sciences at Princeton University, a Global Systems Strategist for the Island of Knowledge Institute, and a Mayoral-appointed Chair of Communications at GrowNYC, New York City’s largest environmental impact organization.
